Services

  • Personal Training - Basic

    1-hour session that generally includes a warm-up, resistance training, cardiovascular activity, stretching and a cooldown. The exact make up of each session depends on your specific goals.  Two to three sessions per week are recommended for best results.

     

     

  • Personal Training - Buddies

    This is the same as the Basic Personal Training class except you will workout with one of your friends. It's a great way to save some money and enjoy being with your friend.

     

     

  • Personal Training - Bridal

    This is a 12 week intensive program intended to make you look stunning on your wedding day. You can workout alone or treat this as a buddy program and bring a friend. This is not an easy program, but the results are worth the effort.
