" Having spent my entire life in the pursuit of technical excellence as a ballet dancer, first in elite training and then as a professional attaining a very high level, I found that Matt was not only already very knowledgeable but also willing to learn how to best train an athlete of my type. I have worked with many trainers before outside of the ballet world and virtually all of them were limited in that they knew how to encourage people to lose weight and gain muscle but could go no further, the end result being big, bulky and losing flexibility.
